May 8 - Jogging underneath Jacarandas

Quick post today, since it was a travel day.

We left Mbarara early, but not before I was able to squeeze in a jog with a friend. We ran under several Jacarandas (my favorite tree) and it was a lovely last morning in Western Uganda.

We were hoping to meet with Dr. Kalungi in Mulago this day but duty called him to another commitment. We will meet him tomorrow!
