Day 26: August 22nd, 2025 ICRH

Friday August 22nd was the last working day for the team. We spent it visiting the neonatal clinic where the cpap device manufactured at Revital was in full use. We had the opportunity to witness first hand how this low cost minimal resource device impacted the mother’s and baby’s life. We then ended the day at ICRH’s (International Center for Reproductive Health) sex based violence clinic listening to the stories of women and children who had come to the clinic for medical care, legal assistance and refugee. After our last out brief with Dr. Kishor he gifted us beaded bracelets which combine the American flag and the Kenyan flag. 🇰🇪🇺🇸
